We can't fulfill our God given purpose on this earth if we aren't healthy. My philosophy is that we should not only strive to be physically healthy, but we should seek to be mentally and spiritually strong. Doing something that changes our appearance usually motivates us to get into the gym and eat healthily. But finding self-esteem and internal acceptance is what keeps those changes!
